The Columbia Basin Conservation District’s (CBCD)  wetlands restoration project north of Moses Lake has reached an exciting milestone. This multi-phase native planting effort, spanning approximately 70 acres of ponds and wetlands, recently completed its second round of planting thanks to the hard work of the Washington Conservation Corps crew from Ellensburg.

The Columbia Basin Conservation District (CBCD), a State of Washington governmental subdivision established under RCW 89.08, seeks to retain the services of a qualified consultant to conduct engineering design approval for the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP), primarily on Alternative Funding Arrangement (AFA) 3136 and 3084 projects funded via the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS). This consultant needs to be a registered Technical Service Provider
